BRANCH MANAGER (Kota Kinabalu)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the branch’s annual productivity and budgeted revenue, aiming to meet or exceed growth and profit objectives.
- Identify and implement processes to enhance operational efficiencies, reduce expenses, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of budgets and financial reports/statements for the branch.
- Collaborate with HQ to create sales and marketing initiatives and programs that drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Manage and lead daily branch operations and staff.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development to staff, aligning with customer needs and future business growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch administration.
- Ability to analyze financial records, plan, and adhere to budgets.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on building strong customer relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
