Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the branch’s annual productivity and budgeted revenue, aiming to meet or exceed growth and profit objectives.
  • Identify and implement processes to enhance operational efficiencies, reduce expenses, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of budgets and financial reports/statements for the branch.
  • Collaborate with HQ to create sales and marketing initiatives and programs that drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
  • Manage and lead daily branch operations and staff.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development to staff, aligning with customer needs and future business growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch administration.
  • Ability to analyze financial records, plan, and adhere to budgets.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on building strong customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
