Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Group Risk Management
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned Risk Management initiatives, including business risks, corruption risks, and business continuity planning, ensuring assignments are well-planned and successfully completed.
- Facilitate business risk assessments and provide guidance to Business Units, ensuring assessments are performed in accordance with the Group Risk Management Framework requirements.
- Manage risk assessments for specific issues arising from changes or new regulations imposed by the government, such as corruption risk assessments or any other emerging risks.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement in the risk and governance processes to ensure effective risk mitigation.
- Implement Integrity initiatives, including conducting activities to raise awareness and ensure compliance with the Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Policy across the Group.
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of work experience in compliance, risk management, audit, and/or integrity.
- Degree in accounting, finance, risk management, or a related business management field, or professional qualifications such as CRMA, CIRM, CIA, CFA, ACCA, MICA, CIMA, or other relevant certifications.
- A team player who can work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Good report writing and computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with business data analytics software and risk management tools/systems is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen. Additional auditing skills, such as in safety, security, quality, or ISO standards, would be beneficial.
- Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills.
