Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support, training, setup, and maintenance for Office Applications, Application Servers, ERP systems, and other related platforms to ensure business continuity within the TCIM Group.
  • Contribute to projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet expectations.
  • Complete assigned tasks and documentation as required to meet KPIs.
  • Support users with application issues, log cases, and provide reports when necessary.
  • Learn, create, maintain, and support cases for the Power Platform.
  • Follow up on Level 1/2 support cases, offering navigation guidance for the Online Booking Tool (e.g., Concur, GetThere) and the Profile tool.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in application support.

Technical Knowledge & Skills:

  • Familiarity with Power Suite, GDS, Red 360, and Sage UBS.
  • Knowledge of the travel industry is an added advantage.

People Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Team player with a good command of English.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to manage multiple companies.
