Application Support Senior Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide application support, training, setup, and maintenance for Office Applications, Application Servers, ERP systems, and other related platforms to ensure business continuity within the TCIM Group.
- Contribute to projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet expectations.
- Complete assigned tasks and documentation as required to meet KPIs.
- Support users with application issues, log cases, and provide reports when necessary.
- Learn, create, maintain, and support cases for the Power Platform.
- Follow up on Level 1/2 support cases, offering navigation guidance for the Online Booking Tool (e.g., Concur, GetThere) and the Profile tool.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in application support.
Technical Knowledge & Skills:
- Familiarity with Power Suite, GDS, Red 360, and Sage UBS.
- Knowledge of the travel industry is an added advantage.
People Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Team player with a good command of English.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude with the ability to manage multiple companies.
